Almond Cream with Fruit (about 6 servings)
1 ½ cups water
2 packages unflavored gelatin
6 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat over low heat until gelatin is melted. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour in milk and almond extract. Pour everything into a pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into bite-size pieces and add fruit to liking.
