Boston Corn Cake

Boston Corn Cake
Mix together:
1 c. flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
In a separate bowl, mix:
1 c. milk
1 TBS butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well together until just wet. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
