Egg and Gingerbeef Bowls

Egg and Gingerbeef Bowls
Scramble eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Cook ground beef with minced ginger and minced garlic. Salt and pepper and dashi to taste. Add a little sugar. In a personal-size bowl layer rice then on one half of bowl, egg and the other, beef. Cover with a sheet of nori and begin layering again starting with rice. Eat immediately as the nori will get soggy if it sits.
