Honey Wheat Bread

Honey Wheat Bread
2 ½ c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
¼ c. honey
¼ c. packed brown sugar
1 stick softened butter, cubed
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ c. wheat flour
1 ½ c. rolled oats
4 c. flour
Combine water, yeast, honey, brown sugar and salt. Add butter, oats, and flours and mix with a wooden spoon. Knead for 7-10 minutes or until dough is no longer wet but smooth. Let bread rise until double in size. Punch down and shape until rolls. Let bread double in size again. Bake until crusty brown ontop, about 14 minutes, at 375 degrees. Makes about 1 ½ dozen.
