Sis. Amis’ Poppyseed Poundcake
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
5 eggs
1cup sour cream
½ cup vegetable oil
½ pineapple juice
1/3 cup poppyseeds
1 teaspoon almond extract
Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Oil a bunt pan, and sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar. Add mixture to pan and bake for an hour at 350 degrees F. Cool for 15 minutes and then set it out over night.
