Japanese Hotcake (thicker than American pancake and sweeter/less salty)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 TBS. baking powder
1 TBS. vegetable oil
4 TBS. sugar

In a bowl, mix salt, oil and milk. Sift baking powder and flour together. Add dry ingredients. Mix until wet. Cook in a skillet sprayed with oil.
