Broccoli Salad
Toss:
½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 bunches broccoli, cut and divided
into bite-sized pieces
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small red onion, chopped finely
1 hour before serving, mix together:
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. sugar
1 TBS. red wine vinegar
Pour over salad and mix together. Keep
refrigerated.
