German Pancakes

German Pancakes
For each pancake: melt 1 TBS. butter in pie pan in oven, tilt to coat pan.

Beat well:
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/3 tsp. salt


Pour batter into pan, bake about 20 minutes at 450*. Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and syrup.
