Brownie Pudding
13x9 greased pan 350*
Sift together:
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp cocoa
4 tsp b. powder
1 ½ c sugar
Add:
1 c milk
4 Tbsp melted butter/marg
2 tsp vanilla
Mix til smooth. Add 1 c chopped nuts if desired.
Pour into greased 13x9” pan.
Sprinkle over batter:
2 c brown sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
Pour 3 c HOT (not boiling) over batter. Bake @ 350* for 45 min.
Serve w/ice cream while hot, sauce on top
Brownie Pudding 8x8 greased pan 350*
Sift together:
1 c sifted flour
¾ c sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp b. powder
½ tsp salt
Add:
½ c milk
2 Tbsp melted butter/marg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix til smooth. Stir in ¾ c chopped nuts if desired.
Pour into greased 8x8” pan.
Mix together:
¾ c brown sugar
¼ c cocoa
Then sprinkle over batter in pan.
Pour 1 ¾ c HOT water over entire batter. Bake @ 350* for 45 min.
Makes 6-8 servings w/ ice cream.
