Adobo Chicken
Mix soysauce, water and white vinegar together at a 2:1:1 (soysauce =2) ratio. Add 2-3 bay leaves and salt and pepper to taste. It should taste the way you want it to before you add it to the chicken. I add a few sprinkles of red pepper flake.
Brown chicken in a large pan. When seared on both sides, add soy sauce mixture and cook until chicken is cooked all of the way through.
