Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken

Mix equal parts sugar, water and soy sauce. Ultimately this boils down to taste, and I like mine subtlety sweet so I use a little less sugar. It should taste the way you want it to before you add in the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. I add a few sprinkles of red pepper flake.
Brown chicken in a large pan. When seared on both sides, add soy sauce mixture and cook until chicken is cooked all of the way through.
