Briscoe Stuffed Shells

Briscoe Stuffed Shells
Cook about 30 large shells in boiling water, according to package directions.

Mix:
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 TBS. grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 TBS. parsley


Spread spaghetti sauce on bottom of a greased 13x9in. Pan (hold rest of jar in reserve for top). Stuff shells with cheese mixture, place in pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese of choice. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
