Easy, Low-fat Chicken Parmesan
Rinse: Skinless, boneless chicken
breast pieces
Roll in: Italian flavored bread crumbs
(maybe 1 cup, depends on how much chicken)
Place in sprayed 13x9in. Pan
Pour over chicken: spaghetti sauce
(maybe less than a jar, depends on how much chicken)
Bake at 375* for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle over chicken: mozzarella
cheese (grated or sliced)
Bake until cheese melts, about 10 more
minutes.
