Eggroll Dipping Sauce
Soy Sauce
Rice wine vinegar
Fresh garlic
Green onion
Cilantro from mom's garden
Sambal 2 heaping tablespoons
1 TBS sugar
Sesame oil just a tinge!
(Now. I have only had this ONCE, but it's GOOD stuff! I would say maybe the base is for about a cup of soy sauce and then build from there. From prior dipping sauce experience, I think there's probably a 2:1 on the soy vs. vinegar)

Sautee onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, red pepper flakes and thinly sliced carrot in same skillet as sirloin was cooked in. Add broccoli. Season with soy sauce, dashi and a small amount of hoi sin sauce. Thinly cut meat and add to skillet.
