Sweet Potato Casserole
1 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked, cut into discs

Mix together:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp. melted butter

Top with:
1 package marshmallows

Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are browned.
