Kat's Frosted Banana Bars

Seriously. Delicious... and probably no redeeming nutritional value, but who. cares.

Banana Bars:
2 cups butter/margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Frosting:
1 cup butter/margarine, softened
8oz. cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 15x10x1 baking pan (jelly roll pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bars test done. Cool.

For frosting, cream together butter and cream cheese in a bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars. Devour :)

It's a good thing I'm still not eating sugar.
